Images uploaded via Custom FTP are not deleted when the post that uses them is deleted.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new post containing a picture (uploaded via custom FTP settings).
2. Publish the post.
3. Delete the post.  Notice that the pictures that were uploaded are not
deleted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to see the pictures be deleted when all posts that utilize
that picture have been deleted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.0.375 running on Windows Vista Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
The post I created used a thumbnail as well.  The FTP user I provided had
administrative access to the server so it wasn't a permissions problem.

I disagree with this requirement.  Unless zRaven can inspect all other posts to 
see
if this image has been used in subsequent posts, it should not automatically 
delete
the image.  Now, it might be acceptable for zRaven to *ask* if the image file 
should
be deleted and allow the user to choose whether or not to leave the picture 
posted on
the server.  And, I think it might be worthwhile to at least have zRaven 
provide a
notice to the user that there had been an image uploaded as part of this post 
so that
the picture isn't forgotten.
