View works with toggle showing

Description

When the user clicks on view on the equipment card they are able to get a more in-depth view of that single piece.

Motivation and Context

I wan the the user to be able to view a single equipment. This view will have a few more things on than the card itself will have.

How Can This Be Tested?

1. After login click on Equipment on the navbar.
2. Once on the equipment page click on the view button on a single card
3. This will take you to a view of the single piece of equipment.
