User Story

These API calls will not be something the user interacts with. but it does allow them to use the app features to it's fullest.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] deleteJobSIte
[x] createJobSIte
[x] updateJobSIte

Dependecies

All MVP must be completed. Make sure all API calls are tested in Postman.
