add adaptive transparency #26

This will allow for adaptive transparency with this theme, if the user wants.

Hmmm, looks like it was added to Breeze 7 months ago. The feature also poked at the ContrastEffect numbers and modified the opacity in a few SVGs but we currently just use 1.0 for everything in the contrast effect. I'll need to get around to comparing the differences some day.
