Whitebox beside thumbnail #27

When I integrated this script with my mpv with thumbnails enabled, I always get a strange white box right next to the thumbnail. Here is the screenshot:

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any kind of help is appreciated. TIA

FWIW I installed this in a completely different system and it is still showing
