Just to be sure, install the plasma-sdk package, then open the Plasma Engine Explorer app. In the DataEngine dropdown, select powermanagement. Take a screenshot with the Spectacle app. The Remaining msec is ... 0?

The issue has resolved itself, and I'm unable to reproduce it. Here is a screenshot of the current state of the DataEngine. I was using a charger when the issue occurred, but it is possible that it lost power.
