Plan to update for Plasma 6 #43

I use this applet all day and it's great. If I may suggest you update the applet for Plasma 6 which is coming early next year. More info @ https://pointieststick.com/2023/10/24/its-time-to-port-your-widgets-to-plasma-6/

I got some work done here:

It builds and install, the "Test 555" thing is displayed, no errors.

But I couldn’t make the configuration page work yet.

It’s a trial-and-error process for me, it’s ugly, but it works, if someone could pick from that point, make the configuration work again, and polish the code, it’d be great!

Also, the code there has a feature added, a Tooltip command, so the widget gets a configurable tooltip to display.

Tested on archlinux with kde-unstable repo.

Plasma 5.90 Frameworks 5.246 Qt 6.6.1

I submitted a new PR at @aricaldeira's fork to complete the Plasma 6 port.
