ADD: Croatian translation #18

Just discovered it. What a marvellous idea! :+1: I've added translations for my native language.

Looks good. In the future use hr.po though. I'll rename it after the merge.

There's a few messages that I hadn't yet parsed from the code. I also updated my merge script which can translate metadata.desktop now, if you could translate the missing messages too that'd be swell.
