Match Expected Scaling by Default #130

This commit aims to:

  1. Match expected scaling at 100%. One medium tile is set at 100 x 100 px with 2 px bordes by default and tile size is given as the size of a medium tile excluding borders in the configuration menu.

  2. Enable Tile Icons Size Adjustment.
