Volume applet: Audio Volume Settings context menu item is redundant #37

The component accessed via the Audio Volume Settings context menu item is also provided via the Audio Volume (Win7 Mixer) Settings item. As there are 4 different audio settings options in that menu, I think we could stand to drop one of them.
