Blur wallpaper only on active screen? #12

Thanks for the nice plugin!

Do you think it would make sense to only blur the wallpaper only on the screen that has the active window, and keep it sharp on monitors that don't have focus or no unminimized windows at all?

I guess. It's not trivial to write that feature though, and I've neither the GPU to blur nor extra monitor to test atm.
