IC does not recognize citizens2 version 1.16.2

we are also using ics with citizens2 and it works fine.

create IC, kick on the editblocks, klick on add entity while look at the citizen. done

Citizens2 Version: Citizens_2.0.27-Build2103.jar Cmi Version (using/cmi version): 8.7.6.11 Server Type (Spigot/Paperspigot/etc): Paperspigot Server Version (using /ver): 1.16.2 Build 174

@crston Citizens API is somewhat broken, but after messing around for like an hour or so found a possible solution for it, so it should be working correct with next update.
