[Issue] Sitting on shulkers/pistons (flying while sitting) #4318

Description of issue: If you sit on a shulker/piston and activate/open it, you will be launched up into the air while still sitting (effectively "flying").

As previous issue with boats, this is same one. At this point we have no way to efficiently track armor stand location change, especially if it needs to "drop" down for one or another reason. For time being we will have to live with this small inconvenience.
