CMI economy resetting Towny balances #4750

Description of issue: So I had reported this to towny before and they told me it was with CMI, most likely with the debt system. I do have that disabled for my servers.

On my last towny update it made changes to the database (I guess it redid some town names and such). When this happened each town was set to "-$2.500 BANKRUPT" and I had to manually reapply balances.

Now it seems that if a town changes their names, they go back into the bankrupt state.

Cmi Version (using/cmi version): CMI 8.7.11.2 CMIEInjector 1.7.3-b131

Server Type (Spigot/Paperspigot/etc): paper spigot

Server Version (using /ver): 1.16.4 - 267 (a bit behind)

Relevant plugins (Delete if this isn't needed): Towny

I'm just posting on this to let you know it is still an issue on newer cmi versions. (8.8.0.4)

Also to add to it, when a town changes its name they are fine until the towny new day happens, and thats when their balance resets.

Just encountered this issue, I'll have to manually do each town cause CMI doesn't import properly
