Cmi chat format duplicating reply w/ Denizen Chat Trigger #5080

Description of the issue: While speaking to an npc, the chat is also being sent to public chat when it should be determined cancelled with the chat trigger feature in Denizens. CMI chat priority is taking over the determined canceled and is posting the user response to the open chat as well.

Example of the issue: User is Speaking to an npc that requests an answer of yes or no in range, npc registers your response, but the chat you say also goes to open chat.

Cmi Version (using/cmi version): CMI 8.8.1.0 Server Type (Spigot/Paperspigot/etc): Paperspigot 1.16.5

Relevant plugins (Delete if this isn't needed): Denizen Snapshot 1.1.9

Just an update, we did put just these two plugins freshly installed on my test server and if Cmi formatting is turned off, denizens chat trigger works as intended.
