Teleport location is unsafe. 3rd party plugin #6224

Players keep getting this message when trying to use any of the teleport commands randomly and it can only get fixed with a relogin. I never had this issue with the previous versions and using the permission for safe teleport doesnt do anything to stop it.

This would mean that player is unable to teleport to this location due to another plugin blocking teleport action. This can be caused by area protection plugins where player is not allowed to enter. Any correlation between those issues and where target location leads too? And its resolving itself after simple relog?
