Vanishing items when using inventory in creative

Description of Issue

When in creative, trying to move items about in the inventory causes them to disappear. Tried to replicate it with CMI installed and not installed, only happens when its installed and doesnt happen in any other gamemodes. Did test out all other plugins to find the issue and the only one that was affecting the issue was CMI. See the video provided for what i mean. Using an itemstacker? We have this issue too but there its an itemstacker plugin we need to stack bottles because our thirst plugin doesnt do it anymore.

I am but it was disabled when i tested all the plugins
