Can't disable 'Owner: [username/Unknown]' in lang

Description of Issue

Tried removing all 'owner' entries in lang, disabled cmi handling of mob heads, and I still can't get CMI not to show 'Owner: XXXX' when placing down a head and right-clicking on it.

Sorry to tel but you wasted your time a bit because its just a settung in the config. The lang strings in cmilib are just for Translation things of worksa like "owner". Normaly searching in the config should be your first part before looking into the other Files. Well i hope u didnt spend too much time with it...

Set this Option to false

  # When enabled you will see skull owner name in action bar when right clicking it
  ShowSkullOwner: false

By the way.. your thing was a Question not a buh reprot...
