1.19 client got kicked when use warm-up warp commands #7029

Description of Issue

i described issue in youtube this problems only appears in 1.19 clients. i think it's related with title messages. (when cancel) link : https://youtu.be/DoNWRiX-gAg

Which plugins are you using for different clients being able to join different servers? viaVersion?

I'ev noticed that when chat packets expire, this can cause kicks, this has been addressed in 1.19.2, upgrade the server engine and properly configure it for the new chat features in server.properties, and update cmi and cmilib. Then most of these issues seem to go away.

i updated 1.19.2 purpur and lastest version of cmi, cmilib. but still same problems. this is today logs. [05:51:05] [Server thread/INFO]: leaf282 issued server command: /warp 서버상점 [05:51:05] [Server thread/INFO]: leaf282 lost connection: Invalid move player packet received

lastest version of viaversion, viarewind, and velocity.
