Bug when using "TempFly" Plugin

Description of Issue

I am using https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/54987/ for my server. The bug is if I enable my fly on my skyblock island, the fly is enabled for all worlds even if i disable it or put a protection to the world no matter which, i keep flying (tried with disabling fly alias too)

(It's turkish but simply the red colored messages when i type the /fly and /tfly is "you have no permission")

also apart from the bug it would be cool if we had an option to disable fly module completely

The problem is from 9.3.1.3 and above But enabling world limits to true and adding the worlds to the list on the fly section fixes the problem
