This doesn't really say much and log file doesn't include entire startup log. Server version and type is needed.

Mohist version is 1.16.5-1106 minecraft pixlmon 1.16.5 forgeVersion, 36.2.39 latest (2).log debug.log amp use latest log i also put the debug log sorry

Can't really indicate any issues from those logs. No errors relating to CMI, its just stops at it. And what type of restart are we talking here? Normal full restart or partial one with command? And remove CMIB from server as it should be located at Bungee server.

Normal full restart i am useing AMP for host Trash v1.1 EntityClearer v1.0 PlaceholderAPI v2.11.3 EternalCrates v1.0.3 GriefDefender v2.3.5 CoreProtect v21.3 xconomy [2.21.4] LuckPerms v5.4.40 Vault v1.7.3-b131 EzChestShop v1.5.2 Are all plugin we are usesing. Amp does not gives a startup log or i just do not know where to find it. It is not in the logs file

Not familiar with AMP, if its performing /reload on the server then CMI will most likely brake, you will need to perform full server restart by fully stopping it and starting up again.
