Resourcepack prompt being closed

Description of Issue

When a player join the server a resourcepack prompt shows up to player accept or deny. But cmi closes it immediately and player can't accept.

Version Information

CMI: 9.6.7.2 MySQL
CMILib: 1.4.2.2 
Server: Purpur(2011) 1.20.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT
CMI economy: Enabled Vault: 1.7.3-CMI CMI Chat: Enabled
Modules -> 52 enabled 7 disabled: chatBubble, tablist, firstJoinMessages, playerCombat, votifier, headDrop, homeInteractions

Why do you think that it's CMI which closes that prompt? As there isn't any special code relating to resource packs in general, let alone specific one to close that prompt.

I believe it is caused by cmi as I only use the following plugins: ItemsAdder, ModelEngine, Lonelibs, ProtocolLib, MythicMobs, CMI and CMILibs. When CMI is disabled the prompt work just fine, but when is enabled it don't.

With Skin Module disabled the prompt work as expected.
