CMI Chat bubbles compatibility issue with interactivechat plugin

Description of Issue

when using chat placeholders from the interactive chat plugin, when in chat it is safe but when in chat bubbles there is a problem with the chat placeholder display, for example in chat it is [money] when in chat bubbles it becomes <[money]123456789>
