Interactable Holograms Delayed

Description of Issue

Somehow during the update process of CMI my holograms have become extremely delayed, I have to click multiple times and wait quite a while to activate the signs. In this video I had to click 8-10 times to get it to activate https://streamable.com/mq9l3c

I can install CMI 9.7.2.8 and I have 0 issues.
