Effect command names

Description of Issue

I reported this earlier but the issue got closed... effects like slowness, nausea (maybe also others, haven't tested every single one) and doesn't work with /cmi effect command. And YES, nausea does exist in 1.8. Btw im glad you guys support 1.8 still as many devs have dropped this.

Also miningfatique and even strenght doesn't work. Probably even more.
