[Bug] Prefix when WorldEdit is installed #1570

*Detailed description of the issue: The job prefix (M H D) does not appear in the chat when the plugin is installed together with WorldEdit, if I execute /pm reload jobs (SpigotPluginManager), everything goes as expected, and the prefixes appear

Jobs version: 5.1.2.1

Server Type (Spigot/Paper/etc): Paper

Server Version (using /ver): git-Paper-404 (MC: 1.19.3) (Implementing API version 1.19.3-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: f9dc371)

Relevant plugins (Delete if this isn't needed): Jobs, CMLib, WorldEdit, Essentials, EssentialsChat, Vault, LuckPerms

I see this issue no longer occur on latest version. [5.1.2.2]
