High Memory Usage #1579

Hi, I'm experiencing high RAM and SWAP memory usage when using Jobs. I'm sending a heap dump report from Eclipse Memory Analyzer: https://i.imgur.com/zU3qolN.png

Jobs version: 5.1.2.2

Server Type (Spigot/Paper/etc): Pufferfish

Server Version (using /ver): 1.19.3

Hello!

I found out that this exact same thing is happening to some people using jobs reborn.

Some of my co-workers might be able to tell more if asked, but we have found that there might be some cleaning required in the plugins code.
