Can't breed animals in residences #1130

Not sure why, but a new issue has arised in my server; seems to be a bug. No matter the flags being toggled, animals can't breed in residences, but can breed outside of them. can't seem to locate the issue please help asap!

Double check your residence flags, nanimals could disable animal spawning
