Feature request: Disable Horn sound in residence FLAG (for server spawn etc.) #1148

Hello, It would be really very very nice if it would be possible to disable the goat horn sound in residence in Minecraft. Players could abuse that on spawn or other locations and there is currently no way to disable it.

56e3d605ae6132e06559620edd9b02b0b99e85bb Just a side note, this will block sound to everyone else while player who uses horn will still hear it, its just due to how minecraft handles horn usage and can't really do much about it, but should be good enough for your purpose
