Add check balance command

Please add in a command to check your bank balance. Currently no way to check makes withdrawing a pain in the ass

Bank balance is based on residences, so basic /res info [resName] provides with its stored money amount, will add new variable for bank command to just check balance, so you can use /res bank balance (resName) to check balance of this residence
