One question of maven #668

I am a plugin developer. Currently, I have a project that needs to use the Residence plugin. I'd like to be able to build my plugin using Maven, but through searching on mvnrepository.com, I only found 4.5.3.0 version of the plugin, I would like to ask if you can upload the latest version of the plugin to Maven?

Working on Maven support, as it was dependent on multiple minecraft versions it was some what complicated to make Maven build, made some cleaning up which should allow to move into appropriate Maven environment

Would still be useful to have a maven repository now.
