fix typos in install, FAQ pages. Change wording in a few places. #15

Hey guys! I fixed some typos here and there, changed wording in a few places, added Biopython to the advanced scientific libraries page, and added an answer to our first FAQ. Sorry for the pull request from my master branch. I once again forgot to create a branch before making and committing changes.
