Babel can't crawl the result of the submission #1084

I deploy NOJ on centos and try to use babel to support remote judge. However, after submitting, the status is still wating for a long time. But actually, codeforces complete the judging and the submission is accept

I forget to start babel crawl queue. After that, it is available.
