Skipping animation and hitting way too fast

Minecraft version - 1.20.1 Mod loader - Forge 47.2.0 Mod version - 1.8.5+1.20.1-forge I am using the latest version available - Yes

Describe the bug when holding down the left mouse button and having a sword or any weapon in the hand, the animation is skipped, and it hits very fast (± 30cps).
