Not skinning some area in Inno Setup #15

1. Not skinned SelectLanguageForm
2. Partially skinned UninstallProgressForm (not skinned borders)

1. The SelectLanguageForm cannot be styled because when this form is show the 
plugin is not loaded yet (this is a inno setup limitation) for more info check 
this

2. The new version 1.0.3.5 fix this issue.
