Inconsistant long-press behaviour #297

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. In portrait mode, tap the '?123' key to display the numbers and symbols keys

2. Tap the 'ALT' key to bring up the next lot of symbols

3. Long-press both the keys with no extra symbols available and those with extra

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

Keys without extra symbols available shouldn't allow the long-press to initiate 
the pop-up with a duplicate of the symbol already displayed on the key and, 
keys with extra symbols available shouln't be displaying the same symbol 
already available by merely tapping the said key. This behaviour only happens 
in the secondary symbols display, not in the initial numbers and symbols 
display in portrait, not in the standard keyboard display and not in landscape 
at all.

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using?

Version 1.34 RC5

On what phone or tablet?

HTC Wildfire S

Btw, the Alt key in portrait mode is written as 'ALT' and in landscape it's 
written as 'Alt' – is that because the portrait one locks?

May I suggest a patch for this? I also tried to make "add upper" and "add self" 
options to be more accurate.
