Just as a proposal, this is the process that I communicated to the Scenarioo developers of Zühlke (in german language):
Anmelden für Aufführung unter "People" sollen sich alle, welche einen substantiellen Beitrag zu Opensource Projekten (z.B. Scenarioo) geleistet haben.
Die Anmeldung läuft wie folgt:
Ihr müsst berechtigt sein für die Zühlke-Repositories auf github (das sollte für Scenarioolers so sein, falls nicht, meldet Euch bei Rolf)
Stellt sicher, dass der Zühlke Badge auf eurer Profil Seite öffentlich ist (auch sichtbar wenn ihr ausgelogt seid), siehe Zuehlke/core#6 (bitte das gleiche auch für den Scenarioo Badge sicherstellen!)
Tragt Euch als Pullrequet in folgender Datei ein (mit kurzer Beschreibung Eurer github Aktivitäten und Contributions): https://github.com/Zuehlke/zuehlke.github.io/blob/develop/src/files/people.json Und fügt Euer github Bild hier hinzu: https://github.com/Zuehlke/zuehlke.github.io/tree/develop/src/assets/images/people
Ihr müsst dann warten bis Eure Änderungen auf den master deployt werden, da es dafür noch keinen automatisierten Build gibt. Allenfalls eine Email an github@zuehlke.com könnte diesen Vorgang beachleunigen.
Bei Unsicherheiten zu Eurem Text, könnt ihr den Text gerne von mir oder bestimmt auch von Adrian reviewen lassen.

What about former Zühlke colleagues? Just fund Victor Cazacov in our list who left Zühlke Munich last year. Do they have to leave the Zühlke team or do they remain in the list? I assume that they can still access private repositories if they are in the list, do they?
Good point. We could introduce a group z-leavers (without read access for private repos), or just throw them out.
