Improve README.md for easier contribution #18

Proposal for improving the explanations to have less barriers for getting more contributors and repos listed.

@kabaehr wow, now you have been fast. My pull request assumed that icons for people can be linked by URL already, maybe that is not optimal now ... on the other hand, let's just get this working, so then it is okay again :-) Thanks!

Yeah I have to build develop and push it to master anyway, so nothing get broken in the meantime. But your image change is not merged yet

yeah, but for markdown documentation develop is kind of the master (choosen by default when you go on github) - so the changed docu, is allready published for anybody trying to add himself. but ok, that would be great actualy to get some feedback whether it works, how I described it, not sure about that (because for normal users without admin right, it might look slightly different)?
