Menu with categories not visible when reading content #3

As a user I need to scroll not only down for reading the interessting content, but then I need also scroll back up again for seeing the menu with the other categories/links again - probably most user will leave the page after they scrolled down to the content, because they do not see the other important links anymore: Zühlke, Jobs, Blog and People (which might be the realy important thing, for they get in contact with Zühlke)

Interesting point. Does this apply to our official Zühlke Web site, too?

Indeed, same problem on Zühlke website, at least there is a "contact"-Link that stays visible when scrolling down, but not the other important links (e.g. Jobs).
