update weblate link for translations #136

please update link on README or contributors page. btw, your conributors page is awesome.

The link on the "Contribution Guide" on the forums is fine. I assumed this is what you talk about when you say "contributors page". Glad you like it. It is a bit outdated, and took a lot of effort to put together.

Adding one on the README is a good idea.

We also have one such link at the top of our forums page, in the "Useful links" bubble.
