Audio sounds unbareable in windows when buffer set to 100 on windows python 2.7

does setting the buffer to 2048 create a lag key press and the actual sound ?

I can not detect any lag with my ear.

Interesting... the lag is what made me choose a small buffer on my machine. Since it's an already-reported problem, I'm merging the fix. Thanks !
