Add list of commands in help slashcommands

• Problem description: Currently the bot does not have a list of commands in the commands args where it would be more convenient to have a list in alphabetical order so that the user can choose which command to query.

As can be seen, the bot does not have a list of commands where it would be advisable to show the available commands.
