Description problem: Currently the userinfo in its menu to select a user only comes out the user that is mentioned the ideal is that all the users of the server including bots come out.

I made a small modification to the file I only added UserSelectMenuBuilder for the moment it is not functional, I just need to make sure that when selecting a user the corresponding information is displayed.
