inline blocks inside superscript are not positioned correctly #493

When a superscript element contains another inline element the contained 
element will not render with the correct vertical alignment. The text will be 
rendered at the correct size, but vertically on the baseline instead of at the 
superscript position. See attached sample.

Tested and confirmed against trunk r494.
