评论内容中图片的显示问题

评论内容中如果添加了图片，预览就会显示成一串链接。

但如果在初次评论时直接粘贴剪切板的图片，则可以正常预览，但是跳转到具体内容则是乱码。

有没有可能综合优化下，使预览和评论块中的图片都正常显示？

现在评论支持输入 markdown, 也可以渲染样式了~
