修改图片标题时有剪贴板被纂改的问题，不清楚问题来自Dark+主题增强菜单还是默认主题就有该问题 #158

参见修改图片标题时，Ctrl-V触发对应代码有bug，粘贴结果为![xxx](assets/xxx.jpg)
