What would you like to be added

New commands to manage aliais (create, list, update, delete):
- rit create alias
- rit list alias
- rit update alias
- rit delete alias

Ex: The rit demo hello-worldcommand to run a formula could be executed by creating a helloworld alias.

Why is this needed

To give more flexibility to the tool, and abstracting part of the alias management complexity on all supported OS.
