What would you like to be added:

When a new release of a formulas repository I use locally has been generated, I would like the CLI to inform me a new version can be used and that I can use the RIT UPDATE REPO command to import it.

Why is this needed:

Today, I don't know if a formulas repository has been updated without checking for the github / gitlab repo.
