[FORMULA] rit game play hangman #20

Description

This formula creates a "hangman" game in the terminal to be played via the command line. It is possible to choose between 5 themes between easy and difficult.

However, there is a small conflict to resolve on the game/play/help.json file. If you can do it before we merge your PR please.
