I have created README-fr-FR.md so you have french support for you Repos.

I did my best to translate while trying to keep the meaning of each sections.
I also checked for possible typo or grammar mistake and it should be fine.
I didn't translate some part (mostly links) on purpose because it made more sense to keep them in English.

Feel free to ask me if you need any kind of update and you struggle with french language.

By the way, your "Dream" video under Motivation section seems to not work in France so I put another YouTube link instead.

It's a motivational video of Eric Thomas, it's pretty good but you can change it to whatever you want if you don't like it.
